Asian Box, a fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant based out of Palo Alto, California, stays true to the spiciness of the southeast Asian country's cuisine with its newest cocktail offering: The Bloody Dragon. The drink is a Vietnamese version of the popular Bloody Mary, using Asian spices to add kick rather than the traditional Tabasco sauce.

The Bloody Dragon is made with vodka, spiced tomato juice, sriracha, and Asian Street Dust — a blend of sugar, salt, and spices invented by Asian Box. According to Grace Nguyen, the restaurant's executive chef, The Bloody Dragon is designed to go with the Ox Box, the spiciest takeout box on Asian Box's menu. The combo of the cocktail and the box is a potent one, so diners should make sure they're comfortable with spice.
