The Audrey by Cozyco Tiny Homes Delivers a Compact One-Level Layout

— April 22, 2026 — Art & Design
The Audrey by CozyCo Tiny Homes is a 7.2-metre-long tiny house built on a triple-axle trailer, designed as a fully single-level living space for two occupants. The layout removes the typical loft arrangement, instead organizing all functions across one floor in an open studio plan. Sliding glass doors and large double-glazed windows bring in natural light, while the interior combines living, sleeping, and dining into a continuous space that maintains easy circulation.

The interior includes a raised bed with integrated storage, a bench seating area with additional storage, and a compact kitchen fitted with an oven, induction cooktop, sink, and cabinetry. A separate bathroom sits behind a sliding door, containing a shower, toilet, and vanity. Materials such as VJ paneling, R2.5 insulation, and timber-look aluminium cladding support thermal comfort, while optional solar and water systems allow the home to operate off-grid.

Trend Themes

  1. Single-level Micro-living — A compact one-floor layout eliminates lofts and concentrates all daily functions into a universally accessible studio footprint, enabling rethinking of tiny-home ergonomics and space allocation.
  2. Modular Off-grid Integration — Optional solar and water systems paired with trailer-based mobility signal homes designed for independent utility operation and flexible siting possibilities.
  3. Multi-functional Built-in Furniture — Integrated storage under raised beds and bench seating demonstrates how fixed, dual-purpose fixtures can maximize usable area while simplifying interior construction.

Industry Implications

  1. Residential Prefab Manufacturing — Factory-built single-level tiny homes present opportunities to standardize compact layouts and reduce on-site assembly times through repeatable components.
  2. Sustainable Energy Systems — Small-scale renewable and water-capture systems tailored to mobile dwellings could shift the market toward plug-and-play off-grid packages for compact residences.
  3. Senior Housing and Accessibility — One-level tiny homes with open circulation offer a new model for age-friendly, low-maintenance living that challenges multi-story assisted-living formats.
