After adding hot sauce to teriyaki Hawaiian barbecue, Chad Manciagli discovered that his sweet-and-spicy blend of teriyaki and Sriracha had to be shared with others.
'Teriacha' recently made its debut at the Winter Fancy Food Show, introducing a new condiment hybrid in three main flavors: Original, Chipotle and Southwest, which boasts a tangy kick of lime. The ingredients that go into these sauces are 100% natural—as the brand notes, it prides itself on using "flavors only Mother Nature could provide."
The versatile hybrid sauce has the potential to be used as a glaze, marinade, or a dipping sauce, as well as a spicy addition to cocktails. Some of the suggested recipes shared by the brand include Teriacha Sizzling Vegetable Fried Rice and the Teriacha Deconstructed Steak Sandwich.
