Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar Just Added a New Chicken Teriyaki Poke Bowl

The popular Hawaiian-inspired poke bowl concept Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar has teamed up with the global Asian condiment maker Lee Kum Kee to debut a collaborative new Chicken Teriyaki Poke Bowl.

As part of the partnership between the two brands, Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar's new Chicken Teriyaki Poke Bowl will feature Lee Kum Kee’s sweet and savory Teriyaki Glaze as the star ingredient. Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar will also feature the ready-to-use glaze as a new condiment option, giving customers the option to incorporate the delicious sauce into other poke bowls across the menu. As Grace Chow, VP of Mainstream Foodservice and Industrial Sales for Lee Kum Kee (USA), explains, "We are thrilled to partner with Uncle Sharkii to bring our Teriyaki Glaze to their menu. Our glaze is a perfect complement to the fresh seafood and vegetables in poke bowls, and we know customers will love the added depth of flavor it provides.”
