Alex Holland is launching tea cocktail pub with a mission to restore prestige in England's national drink. The pub will be set up as a traditional British pub that serves only loose leaf tea brews and tea cocktails instead of pints of beer.

This cafe-inspired pub will simply be called 'Brew.' The name reflects the brewing of tea while also hinting at alcohol themes. Some drinks that will appear on the menu include an Earl Grey and tonic, Oolong martinis and a Lapsang Old Fashioned. Brew will also serve pub-like snacks that pair well with the tea cocktail drinks.

The pub will be equipped with teacups, teapots and the tea itself will be bought from South Asian farmers to support economic growth.
