Breakthrough Synthetic Bones Made from Trees

Synthetic bones are now available for the skeletally challenged. Manufactured from a rattan wood (think the old chair made from wicker in your grandma’s house), the fake bone holds the same elemental make-up as the real deal, but can be manufactured from the towering pines in the forest.

Although we will not likely see any human patients with synthetic bones for another five years, this is a huge breakthrough for those with degenerative bone diseases. Check out more bone-related features below.
