Sup is an App That Gamifies the Experience of Sharing Videos with Friends

Described as "the Snapchat of video," Sup is an app that lets you show your friends what's going on around you in 10-second video clips. However, a fun twist to the video-sharing app is that it turns the experience into a game, where video recipients become involved as the directors of what they want to see more of. For example, the app lets you tell a friend where it is you want them to walk, turn or what emoji you would like them to emote.

Sup's co-founder and product designer Anthony Cafaro describes that "At first we thought we were a video company, and then we realized we were a teleportation company." This is true in the sense that the Sup app uses interactivity to get video watchers involved in the video process, rather than being passive participants of an exchange.
