The Starbucks Japan Sunset Frappuccino is Only Available for Nine Days

The Starbucks Japan Sunset Frappuccino is being added to the brand's menu at participating locations as a limited-edition refreshment that's intended to help say goodbye to summer in a decidedly delicious way.

The drink features a beach-inspired profile that features citrus pulp underneath a layer of whipped cream to impart flavors of yuzu and pineapple to the creaminess. The drink has blue sea salt jelly in the base of the cup to give it an aquatic look, taste and texture, which also pairs well with the aforementioned ingredients.

The Starbucks Japan Sunset Frappuccino is only being offered at participating locations from August 26 through September 3, 2024 for 786 yen for takeout and 800 yen for dine-in. The drink comes as part of a larger movement towards seasonally inspired refreshments in the cafe industry.
