At a store in Hurst, Texas, JCPenney is now implementing Checkpoint's InterACT Fitting Room solution within its Styling Rooms, alongside its own Style @ Your Service technology. This interactive technology helps to give customers a seamless experience with trying clothing in different colors and sizes without having to leave the fitting room. Thanks to screens within the fitting rooms, customers are able to access plenty of product information, see product recommendations and easily communicate with styling assistants.
Increasingly, in-store experiences are being streamlined to simplify the shopping experience and make it more comparable to the level of service that's already available to consumers online. This new store from JCPenney was built around extensive customer research and is set on offering a renewed experience.
