Millennial and Gen Z fashion retailer Revolve is integrating the Snap+Style Business StyleWidget—launched in November 2019—into its Style Experts online styling service to enhance customer experiences with personalization and curation. On the digital platform, users are able to take advantage of one-to-one conversations with a stylist, who is able to offer product recommendations and conversations to support the shopping process.
When chatting with a stylist, a user is able to ask for help with putting together a specific look and get customized ideas for an event. Beyond suggesting articles of clothing, the stylists on the platform are also helpful for offering outfit-specific tips, such as how to tuck a sweater into a pair of jeans for the most flattering, fashion-forward look.
