This Self-Supporting Structure Brings Psychedelic Geometric Style

This string room is strange because it’s difficult to explain what it is exactly. The installation is filled from side to side with parallel blue lines that run vertically and horizontally that create a very unique experience. The room is inflatable and when fully inflated, the strings are pulled tight to create a virtual web. At full inflation, the webs are strong enough to carry human weight allowing for climbing and exploration.

The exhibit is all-white, which makes the blue strings stand out much more and makes for an incredibly trippy experience. The string room was made by Australian designers 'Numen/For Use' and is large enough to carry a multitude of people at capacity.
