Made over in a mostly minimalist design, with white floors and dark wood floors, this cleanly colored penthouse has several spaces that are opened up to both floors for a increased feeling of space. Floor to ceiling windows allow for both a spectacular view and plenty of natural light, while a separate outdoor pool area is a perfect space for getting some fresh air.

Square-inspired repeating patterns on the walls and ceilings add touches of decoration throughout the penthouse, and can even be seen in many of the built-in lighting fixtures as well to nicely finish off the overall theme.
