Rearranging common objects in an unrealistic way is how the SpY Interventions photography collection really captures viewers' attention.
He doesn't create elaborate set-ups, and instead, SpY uses simple concepts such as replacing a public telephone with a banana or painting a skateboard half-pipe as a soccer field. Whoever looks at these images is caught by the shift that they impose on the urban setting, causing us to rethink these objects and their purpose.
