Inspired by travels, New Belgium created a Spring Beer that would remind them of Belgium in the spring. At New Belgium, when an employee reaches their five year anniversary at the company, they are eligible to go on a trip and experience all the country has to offer for a week. Wanting to bottle this experience and share it with everyone, New Belgium created its Spring Blonde beer.

The feeling of touring Belgium on a bicycle is channeled with flavors through this golden ale with pale and Munich malts, as well as notes that are reminiscent of refreshing scents like lemon peel, pepper and even freshly baked loaves of bread. The malty-fresh Spring Blonde is dry and bitter, providing a satisfyingly crisp springtime refreshment.
