Harassment Identifying AI

In an effort to curb sexual harassment in the workplace, Spot has developed a conversational AI that uses the cognitive interviewing method to collect information and identify incidents of workplace harassment. Spot, a conversational AI startup, has been using this new bot since February as a means of anonymously dealing with harassment related issues. The system is incredibly easy to use and ensures that users issues are resolved in a timely and adequate manner.

Employees having to use the conversation AI simply need to sign in using an employee ID number and engage with the bot. This will then generate a report that can be handed to an employer. All of the submissions made are anonymous, and HR staff can follow up by using a chat tool on Spot. Reports are generally resolved in 10 business days, those that do not receive notification of resolution can simply email the conversational AI and it will then search and locate the incident report.
