Chasin' Dreams Farm turns a nourishing ancient grain into a sorghum snack that provides "tiny pops of crunchy deliciousness" in fun flavors. The popped sorghum snacks are made with regeneratively farmed sorghum that's air-popped and lightly coated with tapioca syrup and seasonings to create flavors like Cocoa, Sweet & Salty and Cinnamon.
The snacks are gluten-free and lower in fat than popcorn, and they promise to satisfy as anytime snacks or crunchy additions to other food for added texture.
Sydney Chasin, founder and chief executive officer of Chasin’ Dreams Farm, says that "Ancient grains are perceived as boring, bland and lacking taste appeal. What we aim to do is make better-for-you clean-label snacks, and we’re giving ancient grains as we say the ‘glow-up’ they deserve.”
