Corn-Free Popcorn-Like Snacks

Cob Snacks are Made with Sorghum and Come in Four Flavors

Cob snacks have been developed as a corn-free popcorn product perfect for satisfying cravings for a crispy snack that's naturally rich in nutritional benefits, while also spotlighting sustainability.

The snack features a popcorn-inspired composition that's made with sorghum to give it a naturally gluten-free recipe that's also rich in macro and micronutrients. Sorghum also requires less irrigation than corn crops, while also supporting soil biodiversity and contributing towards regenerative agriculture. The snacks come in four flavors including Olive Oil & Pink Salt, Seriously Cheesy, Mediterranean Herb and Cacio e Pepe.

Founder Jessica Davidoff commented on the Cob snacks saying, "Our goal is to help consumers break their dependence on corn by creating insanely delicious, sorghum-based snacks made the way you’d make them in your own kitchen. It’s simple, craveable food that’s good for you, good for your gut and good for the planet.”
