In an effort to help millennial consumers search for beauty products, Beauty editor Jamila Robertson has launched a shoppable makeup app called 'Slapp'. Not only does the app make it easy for consumers to find their favorite products, but it also includes special features which help them find the perfect shade for their complexion.
Slapp -- which is a play on the British term for makeup -- is a new beauty app that is targeted at millennial women in the UK. The main purpose of the app is to help users find the perfect foundation, concealer or tint to suit their individual skin tone. Users simply snap a selfie and then begin browsing through the list of personalized matches retrieved by the app. Users can even purchase products in the app and have them shipped the very same day for a seamless and personalized makeup-buying experience.
