Built in an industrial building, the new campus takes advantage of those classic design features to make a more inviting and pleasant space for the company's employees.
Sky Central was designed by several architecture and design firms, including AL_A, PLP Architecture, and HASSEL. The building has several floors, but each of these surround central wells that give the building a tremendous sense of open space. These wells are on the ground floor, but they are capped off by the roof of the building, giving the communal spaces a cavernous feel that is a metaphor for the kind of thinking that the broadcaster encourages.
