Shaped like a dumbbell, the Shape Up! alarm functions just like any other, except that instead of simply pressing "snooze," it requires 30 exercise repetitions in order to shut off.
Although it’s undoubtedly annoying, the Shape Up! is also just as effective. Maybe it will help to give us all the boost we’ve needed!
