An annual part of the Canadian Stage Company's summer programming, Shakespeare in High Park is a classic Toronto activity when the snow has finally receded. Taking place in the city's west end-located High Park, the annual program puts on two shows each summer between July and September.
In 2015, Toronto's Shakespeare in High Park is showcasing Julius Caesar and The Comedy of Errors. High Park is a sprawling 161-hectare urban oasis that features everything from a dog park and a zoo to cherry blossoms and the High Park Amphitheater, at which the production takes place.
The Shakespeare in High Park program is pay what you can, with a suggested donation of $20, although tickets can also be reserved online.
