Not only does ServiceNow help businesses to automate consumer-facing requests, it's also great for intra-business services. At larger organizations, HR or IT professionals spend a lot of their time dealing with simple, common requests -- booking off vacation days or connecting to a printer, for example. ServiceNow can connect seamlessly through workplace chat platforms like Slack, making it an easy adoption.
