Scott Wade's Stunning Ford Flex Piece at the Luminaria Festival

We've written about Scott Wade's Dirty Car Art before, but I couldn't resist his latest piece at the Luminaria Arts Night in San Antonio, Texas. The festival takes place annually in the Alamo Plaza, and Wade dressed up the occasion by designing a Ford Flex.

The dirty car art piece features a mariachi band, the Alamo and a back window that declares, “Texas is Ford Country.”

Implications - There is a growing obsession with grunge, as dirt fixations are a refreshing deviation from the squeaky clean imagery that seems to be everywhere. When advertising a product with a predominantly male target market like Ford vehicles, businesses would be advised to consider utilizing grunge imagery like these dirty car art campaigns do.
