II BY IV DESIGN has developed the interior aesthetic of Sammarco, a high-end dining venue conceived by a recognized culinary team.

Sammarco is an Italian steakhouse in Toronto developed by chefs and restaurateurs with a history of Michelin recognition. The concept is framed as an immersive experience where the interior design is integral to the dining narrative. II BY IV DESIGN was tasked with creating an atmosphere that draws inspiration from Italian automotive and architectural heritage. The Sammarco space incorporates custom-crafted furnishings, a central sculptural fountain, and an extensive collection of Canadian art. II BY IV DESIGN prioritized materials and elements produced by local artisans.

Sammarco also boasts a private dining area dedicated to an influential figure in the city's culinary history. The Carlevale Room is "named in honour of revered Toronto restaurateur Michael Carlevale — an influential figure who helped shape the city’s dining scene throughout the 1980s and 1990s."
