In a year-long initiative to combat homophobia around the world, Amnesty International is trying to collect 365 same sex kiss submissions. The global human rights organization is asking people to submit side profile pictures of themselves pretending to pucker up. The charitable group will take another picture of someone of the same sex and place it beside yours to make it look like a couple kissing.
Amnesty International hopes to compile 365 same sex kiss photos by October 11, International Coming Out Day. In order to show that love is an international human right, the campaign aims to demonstrate "a kiss between two people is the most intimate form of contact that perfectly symbolizes their commitment to one another."
