Known for her ability to create beautiful pieces of art with lights, Sabine Marcelis has come out with a new collection titled 'Filter.'
The pieces in this collection are made of 'Hi-Macs' – "which is composed of a mix of minerals and natural acrylic stone." The Filter collection was exhibited at Dutch Design Week and using color, shapes and of course, light – the designer was able to create a collection that draws the eye. Pieces among the Filter collection include circular light fixtures that both rest on the ground and function as overhead lights, as well as multi-hued, hanging rectangular lights.
These sculptural light fixtures by Sabine Marcelis are an excellent example of artistic pieces that are both visually appealing and functional.
