To show off its S90 model and at the same time, recruit prospective technicians for jobs available in its Ghent factory and through local dealers, Volvo launched a creative campaign. The Volvo S90 was equipped with artificial intelligence technology and conducted interviews at the Brussels Motor Show. Beyond its presence at the Brussels Motor Show, Volvo will also be showing off its intelligent S90 at job fairs, schools and Volvo dealerships to continue its ongoing search for new employees.
Those who are interested in a position are asked to submit an application via a dedicated site to request an interview. Once accepted, the S90 vehicle conducts an interview that involves tests on image recognition, analysis of one's facial expression and more. After the AI car's assessment, a candidate's information is passed onto the car company's human HR department.
