Lemonade, a cafeteria-style restaurant that's based in California, announced that it would be updating its menu for the winter, bringing customers its new Rosemary Garlic Steak, which they can choose to add as a protein option to their bowl, salad, or sandwich.
Nate Weir, the restaurant's VP of Culinary, spoke to the revived menu, stating "100 percent grass-fed steak is an exciting addition to the line up of flavor-forward, sustainable protein choices our guests enjoy at Lemonade" and "By preparing the steak sous-vide, we’re able to offer an amazingly tender steak that’s consistently delicious, pairing perfectly with an herbaceous, brightly spicy red pepper chimichurri.”
As a part of its new menu, Lemonade shared that it would also add a Yellow Curry Meatball bowl and update its popular Purple Kale & Seasonal Fruit salad with fresh in-season ingredients.
