Gazing upon Ronny Engelmann's photos, it's surprising to learn that he only just got into photography in March of 2012 when he bought his first digital SLR camera. Since then Engelmann has been creating and manipulating photographs that excite the imagination, taking you to a magical world that bears a strong resemblance to the 2006 film Pan's Labyrinth.
If this body of work is what Ronny Engelmann has been able to produce in such a short time, I'm excited to see what he is able to accomplish when he has a decade or more of experience under his belt.
