With panoramic views of the rolling hills, the single-story building is nestled into the site's gradient. The studio created three flowing terraced levels as it drops down the hillside. Each step down subtly marks the different areas of the home. The bedrooms are located in the uppermost section, the center hosts the kitchen and bar, and the living and dining spaces are located in the Rockham House's lower section.
