Luxury architecture group SAOTA created the new Restio River House in collaboration with interior designers ARRCC.
The house is located on the banks of Buffels River in Pringle Bay, South Africa as an authentic holiday home. The design is built into the surrounding natural vegetation, using the mountain valley and landscaping as inspiration for the home. The interior features an eclectic mix of comfortable and easy-living styles with custom-made furniture and a light, bright color scheme. The open floorplan allows a seamless flow from room to room, with an extended living area as the central space of the home.
Taking up most of the exterior of the Restio River House are large glass doors that open all the way, promoting indoor-outdoor living.
