Vetten fittingly titled her cake the 'Dissected Cake' since it so perfectly showcases the inner workings of the human body. The cake is divided up in four different tiers that each depict a different vital human organ. The top of the cake showcases a life-like brain, the second tier is a bloody human heart, the third tier is a skeletal rib cake and the bottom layer showcases the stomach.
