Japanese ramen chain Menya Musashi is known for its unusual assortment of ramen—tapioca bubble tea ramen, chocolate ramen and green tea ramen to name a few—and its newest ramen pizza was made possible thanks to a collaboration with Pizza Hut. A Soul in Every Bite Ramen Pizza gets is said to get its name from a popular phrase that expresses the great pride chefs put into their work, and the unusual pizza product naturally uses noodles as toppings.
The ramen-topped pizza also includes a broth-like, pork stock sauce and other unique toppings like pork slices, bamboo shoots, diced green onion, soft-boiled eggs, white sesame and chili flakes. The pizza is exclusive to Pizza Hut Taiwan and it offers a unique alternative to traditional pizzas topped with tomato sauce and cheese.
