This clever design concept by Quadruple H is a unique hybrid of an air purifier and a children's hula-hoop toy. The clever concept is an app-connected hula-hoop that encourages children to get active while gently challenging them achieve different levels in a gamified format.
Quadruple H created the amazing smart hula-hoop for the 2015 Electrolux Design Lab, which it has now officially qualified to be a finalist in. The idea originated from the design of the Dyson’s purification technology. In a similar style, this hula-hoop allows air to enter a thin slit on the top side and be filtered through the bottom as particle-free air.
The design ultimately allows children to increase their exercise in a playful way, while simultaneously being exposed to pure and healthy air the entire time.
