Tree Planting Initiatives

Pujolasos Announced its Participation in the 6-3-1 Reforestation Plan

Pujolasos is a small-format wood packaging company based in Spain. The company recently announced its intention to participate in the 6-3-1 initiative. Plant-for-the-Planet devises the initiative, an organization of Climate Justice Ambassadors equipped to fight for the future of our planet by offsetting CO2 emissions.

The project aims to repopulate deforested areas to re-establish healthy ecosystems. Plant-for-the-Planet created the initiative's name based on the company's goals and world facts about trees. For instance, the '6' represents the former six trillion trees that once existed in the world. The '3' sadly marks the trillions of trees that humans cut down. Finally, the '1' represents the one trillion trees we must replant to race against climate change.
