Scandavian design just kills. Check out this new media plaza designed by the Dutch Architetural firm Liong Lie Architects. Eight rooms play with different light techniques and placement to create space and drama. Three forms of light, including moving light in two tunnels, make the transition to the plaza magical. Interactive projected lights on the floor change colors for day and night.

Implications - Lighting is something that has become and important feature not only in homes, but in offices and retail spaces. How you decide to light up the place where customers shop can have a direct impact on the mood of the space and possibly, an impact on a consumer's likelihood of purchasing. Lighting is no longer a detail that should be overlooked by businesses.
