Ripple disrupted the non-dairy milk category by introducing a pea-based milk alternative that is a rich source of plant-based protein and actually requires less water to make than comparable dairy-free beverages—now, Ripple Foods is introducing 'Ripple Nutrition' protein shakes and powders with its proprietary pea-based protein, Rippetin.
The all-new line, which includes shelf-stable shakes, will be exclusively available at Target stores. On the launch of its newest products, Ripple Foods notes that Ripple Nutrition shares "protein you'll actually enjoy," which addresses the fact that many plant-based protein shakes and powders tend to have unpalatable formulas that are chalky or gritty.
Ripple Nutrition's Protein Shake comes in classic Vanilla and Chocolate flavors, while its Protein Powder range introduces Unflavored, Vanilla and Protein + Greens varieties to suit the needs of different health-conscious consumers.
