To help spread the word about its new Fiat 500 model, Fiat set up a pop-up promotional bar inside the Old Street Underground Station in London.
The #FreshNew500 pop-up bar tempted people to come inside and get a fresh look at what's new from the car company, as well as sample some refreshing granita treats. In order to receive a refreshing snack from the granita bar, consumers were required to take a picture of a desired flavor from the menu—cranberry, sour apple, juicy lemon, blueberry and more—and share it to Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag created for the pop-up granita bar.
Food and drink pop-ups like this one have become a popular way for key players of the automotive industry, and other industries, to engage consumers who are interested in experiential events.
