KFC recently rolled out a new campaign called 'Colonel Quality Taste Guarantee' that promises customer satisfaction. The new campaign is part of KFC's massive 'Re-Colonelization' effort, which aims to bring back customers who have turned away from the chain over the years.
The new Colonel Quality Taste Guarantee allows customers to ask for any portion of their meal to be remade if they are not completely satisfied. The guarantee is based on whether or not the food has been made properly, rather than the customer's taste preferences. Furthermore, the offer is only valid within 24 hours of the initial purchase, meaning customers will have to return to the restaurant in good time if they are truly unsatisfied with their meal.
