Lightweight Protein Bar Relaunches

Power Crunch Has Refreshed Its Formula and Packaging

Power Crunch relaunched its protein bar lineup with refreshed packaging, a refined formula and a new campaign titled 'A Lighter Way to Protein,' positioning the brand's signature crispy wafer format as an alternative to dense, traditional protein bars. Each bar delivers 12–14 grams of protein, features a creamy filling and contains no sugar alcohols. Flavors include Peanut Butter Fudge and Triple Chocolate.

The relaunch marks the brand's first major evolution since its 2025 acquisition by Ferrero Group, positioning Power Crunch to address the mid-afternoon energy slump many consumers experience between 2 and 4 p.m.

As the protein snack market becomes more competitive, Power Crunch's repositioning highlights how legacy brands are updating their products to stand out through texture and format, not just protein content.
