Porsche is one of the most renowned sports car manufacturers in the world, and the German auto company has opened up its 'Porsche LA Experience Center' to show itself off to more consumers. Opening ahead of the Los Angeles Auto Show, the complex includes testaments to Porsche's history for car buffs as well as thrills for extreme gear-heads.
Part of the Porsche LA Experience Center includes a small quasi-museum dedicated to chronicling the company's historic vehicles. Separated by decade, the museum includes pristinely preserved cars such as a Gulf Oil 917K.
The main draw of the Porsche LA Experience Center, however, is its track. A ticket to the center includes a ride around the track in a Porsche vehicle. Depending on the tier, consumers can race in a 718 Boxter, 991 Turbo, or 911 GT3.
