Popolare Systems launched as a new platform from Lorenzo Antinori, SpeedX Hospitality and Priyanka Blah’s The Dram Attic, creating premium professional bar systems designed to improve bartender workflows while maintaining luxury aesthetics. The systems will be manufactured in India and introduced first across key Asian markets before expanding globally.
The debut collection includes Leone — The Signature Station — and Apollo — The Grand Station. Leone is designed around speed, reach and everyday efficiency, while Apollo uses an island-style layout with wider workspaces, integrated functionality and a more theatrical guest-facing profile. Antinori will lead creative and operational design, SpeedX will handle engineering, manufacturing and distribution, and The Dram Attic will support industry connections and brand development.
