The new creation presented by the iconic Japanese donut chain Mister Donut is the Pon de Digda doughnut. The sweet treat is inspired by the Ground-type Pokemon Diglett and the character is transformed into the limited and comical donut treat.
It starts with the chain's signature Pon de Ring, which is a soft and textural base before it is topped off with a custard cream and chocolate crunch to add a touch of contrast. All of this sets the base for the choux pastry filled with whipped cream goodness. It is then covered entirely in a caramel flavored chocolate, which has been designed to reflect the look of Diglett popping up from under a hole.
