Rather than putting a focus on specific body parts, the videos spotlight different movement systems, such as cardio, conditioning and mobility, with a focus on incorporating Equinox’s proprietary TierX coaching techniques.
Soon, Equinox will be introducing a Text-a-Trainer tool so that members and non-members alike are able to access on-demand tips and tricks that are suited to their level of ability.
