Follow Your Heart, a vegan and vegetarian food company that began as a restaurant in California back in 1970, is well and truly looking to the future with the introduction of a trio of plant-based cheeses designed to suit a variety of palates and adapt to a range of culinary situations.
Two of the products in the lineup, Finely Shredded Cheddar and Finely Shredded Mozzarella, are available for purchase in seven-ounce portions. The third and perhaps most highly anticipated offering, the Bleu Cheese Crumbles, offer a delectably creamy alternative that can be enjoyed from six-ounce tubs. All the products are completely free from lactose, gluten and soy.
With their versatility of flavors and perfectly cheese texture, these plant-based cheeses are designed to make it easier than ever for people accustomed to conventional dairy cheese to switch over to plant-based alternatives without any compromise on taste or enjoyment.
