When a Redditor by the name of steffel07, a grieving father, posted a Photoshop request of his six-week-old daughter who recently passed away, the response was heart-wrenching. He asked, "Since she was in the hospital her whole life we never were able to get a photo without all her tubes. Can someone remove the tubes from this photo?" A ton of Photoshopped newborn images flooded in, all of them more beautiful than the next.

A tribute to not only the power of love, but also of the Internet, the Photoshopped newborn image connected strangers on an intimate level. The request not only brought out the good in fellow Redditors, but their compassion as well. From photorealistic renditions to paint-like portraits and everythign in between, the Photoshopped newborn images of Sophia is something that will sooth many hearts.
