As hard as it may be to believe, a bowl of AnQi Pho soup will be auctioned off with a starting bid of $5,000 at the Bash Benefactor Dinner. The proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and Orange County and the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.
The Vietnamese delicacy is filled with luxury ingredients like A5 Wagyu beef, white alba truffles, a foie gras broth and hand-raised bean sprouts, while the noodles are specially created from rare blue lobster meat. All these ingredients together make this bowl of AnQi Pho the world’s most expensive soup.
Vietnamese restaurant Tiato is going to include this pho soup in their menu and the proceeds will also go to charity.
