The product is sustainably produced in Mexico and boasts sustainable palm fruit extract in the mix that is packed with five natural polyphenols as well as fibers, protein and carbohydrates. The addition of palm fruit extract is also reported by the brand to enhance creaminess and reduce bitterness of dark chocolate.

The Phenolaeis functional dark chocolate is also suitable for sugar-free applications with stevia as it is capable of reducing the off-notes that can be created with the alternative sweetener for an even better flavor.
