Plant-Based Sugar-Free Chocolates

Macalat is the World’s First Sweet Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate is synonymous with bitterness but Macalat is out to change consumer perceptions by introducing itself as the world's first sweet dark chocolate. The certified organic, sugar-free and plant-based product boasts zero net carbs and no coconut sugar.

This chocolate is vegan, as well as keto, paleo, gluten-free and diabetic-friendly and it delivers a sweet and smooth experience that shares the benefits of superfood additions. Macalat is made with 70% Peruvian cacao and a fermented mushroom ingredient that's responsible for giving the dark chocolate its finishing sweet taste without bitterness. Also included on the ingredient list are ingredients like maca, vanilla, monk fruit, lucuma and cinnamon, which all contribute to a "caramel-like sweetness."

Macalat is introducing itself to the world at Expo East, where attendees will get their first taste of the innovative sweet dark chocolate.
