The low-calorie product is thus great for lower sugar baking needs, while also being a gluten-free and vegan-friendly option to boot. We were keen to combine this with our best-selling Oat M!lk 43% couverture, to develop a product that is perfect for brands looking to appeal to a wider audience.”
